Our fully comprehensive cover

  • is either without excess
  • or inclusive reimbursement of excess
  • Vehicle theft protection
  • damage to wheels, glass, roof and underbody
  • Costs for loss of or damage to the car key and/or vehicle documents
  • Theft of or damage to the car radio and navigation system provided by the supplier as a result of a burglary
  • Towing costs as a result of an accident or technical breakdown
  • Any claims handling fees that may apply

Liability insurance incl.

With our comprehensive insurance package, TUI CARS includes the standard liability coverage for your country and additional liability insurance of €7.5 million in the rental price. This protects you in all countries (except Cuba) with the following benefits:

Free cancellation & amendment

Be flexible with TUI CARS: Amend or cancel your rental cars and motorbikes up to 24 hrs before rental free of charge (except with Go North in Alaska).
