1. General
TUI Deutschland GmbH provides tuicars.com with the aim of offering you the opportunity to check the rental cars, motorcycles and scooters mediated by tuicars.com and to conclude rental agreements. Additional conditions apply to the agreements concluded via and through tuicars.com (e.g. the local rental firm’s general terms and conditions of use). These additional conditions will be brought to your attention in each case. We only advertise partner products on tuicars.com and identify them as such; any agreement on services rendered by a partner is exclusively concluded with the partner offering the product.
2. Usage
Please note that the use of tuicars.com must always comply with the legal provisions, these Terms of Use and only for the aforementioned purposes.
tuicars.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny without notice any access by users to the tuicars.com web pages or parts thereof.
The tuicars.com web pages are available to the user for personal use only. The services delivered through the websites by tuicars.com and third-party providers, such as travel insurers, tour operators, airlines, etc. may not be resold, brokered or otherwise passed on to third parties for a fee.
The tuicars.com websites may not be used for speculative purposes, false or fraudulent bookings, or to block bookings.
The tuicars.com websites and their content may not be altered, duplicated, transmitted, sold, published or reproduced in any way by the user. However, it is permissible to make a single copy of the site for private, non-commercial use.
The user must be at least 18 years old and fully competent.
The user is fully responsible for all actions taken under his name and using his personal data on the tuicars.com websites.
The user assures that all the information he provides about his person and/or fellow travellers is true.
If so requested, the user undertakes to immediately indemnify tuicars.com as well as its affiliates and employees in accordance with section 15 et seq of the German Stock Corporation Act for any and all third party claims (including the costs of appropriate legal defence or prosecution) arising from any use of the web pages and content that is contrary to the agreement or is improper or any unlawful use of the tuicars.com websites and their content by the user.
3. Copyright, trademarks, other property rights
All texts, images, graphics, audio, video and animation files and their arrangement together with the underlying software codes on the tuicars.com websites are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. In particular, unless otherwise agreed, the integration and presentation of data/content (including prices) on external websites through interlinks, deep links or frames is not permitted.
The name tuicars.com as well as all brands, logos and graphics of tuicars.com and other companies of the TUI Group on the tuicars.com websites are registered trademarks of TUI AG. The user is not bestowed any rights or licences to use the trademarks of tuicars.com.
tuicars.com does not warrant that the content displayed on the tuicars.com websites does not undermine third party rights.
tuicars.com will prosecute any violation of its rights and will seek elimination of the impairment; in the event of the risk of recurrence, tuicars.com will demand injunction and assert claims for damages.
4. Disclaimer
The tuicars.com website is a non-binding information service. tuicars.com makes every effort to ensure that the information on the tuicars.com website is accurate and up-to-date. The information may change at any time. tuicars.com makes no representations or warranties with regard to the information on the tuicars.com websites and unless tuicars.com has provided incorrect information through gross negligence or intent, tuicars.com assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information. This also applies to the topicality, accuracy and completeness of information provided by third parties (including hotel or tour operator partners).
In particular, with regard to the information on passport, visa, traffic and health regulations (for example, prescribed vaccinations), tuicars.com cannot be held responsible for the topicality and/or completeness of the country-specific information. 5. Software
tuicars.com, its affiliates, and/or its partner companies own all intellectual property rights for the software that tuicars.com GmbH provides for download on the websites and/or otherwise operates on or in connection with the tuicars.com sites. The use of the software may be subject to a licence agreement and other terms and conditions. The user will be informed in advance about the necessity of concluding an agreement in the aforementioned case. Insofar as the holder of the intellectual property rights does not demand the conclusion of a licence agreement, he hereby grants the user a personal, non-transferable and revocable right of use which exclusively relates to the private use of the software for the purpose of access, presentation and contractual use of the tuicars.com websites in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Liability for material and legal defect for the software only applies as far as this is legally obligatory or explicitly owed and in any case exclusively under the provisions of the licence agreement.

This ensures the security of credit card details when booking and paying for vehicle rentals. Please note that this requires your browser to support SSL technology.
8. Changes to tuicars.com websites and the Terms of Use
tuicars.com reserves the right to withdraw, restrict or change the services and information available to you on the tuicars.com websites without advance notice and at the full discretion of tuicars.com. This also includes making improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other content on the tuicars.com websites at any time without notice. The same applies to the amendment of these Terms of Use.
